Our client is looking for an Analytics Product Owner
Primary Objective: The primary goal of hiring an Analytics Product Owner is to enhance the measurement and reporting of certification and training software performance. This role is crucial for the company to achieve several key outcomes:
- Track students' performance
- Assess student satisfaction
- Monitor certification exam take rates
- Ensure compliance with pricing strategy
- Measure students' professional development units
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights through the analysis and reporting of the platform's performance
- Create, automate, and deliver regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible and understandable format
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data and insights
- Provide training and support to team members on usage and interpretation
- Develop guidelines and best practices for reporting and analysis
