Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Salary: $28.00 USD Hourly - $40.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Process Development Associate
Candidate should have at least five years of GMP experience and a solid understanding of unit operations for oral solid dosage forms, such as granulation, roller compaction, drying, milling, blending, compression, and film coating. Basic coding experience in R and/or Python is required to analyze and visualize experimental data, along with familiarity with at least one statistical software package like JMP or Minitab. Strong oral and written communication skills are also essential for effectively collaborating with team members, management, and external contacts.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets:
• 1. Understanding of typical unit operations for the manufacture of oral solid dosage forms, such as granulation, roller compaction, drying, milling, blending, compression, and film coating.
• 2. Experience with programming languages such as R and/or Python, with the ability to analyze and visualize experimental data, and familiarity with at least one statistical software package (e.g., JMP, Minitab).
• 3. Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with the team, peers, management, and external contacts.
