Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
The POS/IT Systems Analyst will be responsible for configuring and managing Point of Sale (POS) and IT Systems across our golf course venues. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand configuration requirements and translating them into effective system setups.

Responsibilities

• Centrally manage POS data sets and configuration files using enterprise management tools.
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure programming changes meet operational needs in our courses.
• Maintain distinct price tiers and configuration settings by brand, market, region, and Golf Shop type, including sales tax rates/rules and kitchen routing schemes.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Beverage teams to configure menus and inventory items.
• Support the implementation of POS and IT related systems for new opening courses.
• Coordinate with Operations and Training on field communications related to system updates.
• Configure reporting systems based on feedback from operations.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and communicate progress and status updates.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of the golf course and restaurant/retail industries.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technology concepts and data.
• Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Collaborative team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as required by business needs.
• Proven experience managing POS and IT related Systems.
• Experience with specific POS systems and payment devices.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Proven experience with Office365 applications and MS Azure environments
• Occasional travel required.

Education

• • 5+ years of technical and hands-on experience managing POS.
