Responsibilities

• Provides assistance in the installation of water heaters/plumbing systems to residential and/or commercial customers
• Provides assistance with troubleshooting, maintenance and service of water heaters/plumbing systems
• Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills
• Apply general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work
• Responsible to maintain equipment, tools and company vehicles, in clean and in good working condition
• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization through all phases of the service process
• Preparation of work site as directed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted
• Must have basic plumbing capabilities and prior experience is a plus
• Must be physically able to work in a variety of spaces to include crawl spaces, rafters, attics, roofs, etc to perform installations
• Knowledge of local and national plumbing code is desired
• Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required
