Facility: WAB - Wellstar Administrative Building

The Physical Therapist Float assesses, plans, organizes, and participates in rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and decrease or prevent deformity of patients suffering from disease or injury. Services are provided across the full continuum and rendered in a cost-conscious, quality-focused focused, and customer-oriented manner. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is also required in this role. The position will be floating within a specific region traveling between hospitals in that region.

Region 2 Central:Cobb, Paulding, and Douglas Hospitals

Region 3 South: Spalding, Sylvan Grove, and West Georgia Hospitals

Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):
All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.

• GA State License Physical Therapist
• Basic Life Support or BLS

Required Minimum Experience:

Minimum 2 years of Acute and or Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist experience Required
