Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our CP-MCKINLEY HLTH CENTER facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

Shift: 1st

Schedule: must be available between the hours of 0645-1830 Monday through Friday depending on location. Saturday rotation 0800-1200. Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Job Summary:

Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service and provides general office support in a clinic setting. Other Duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience with customer service related experience in lieu of preferred education.
• Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws, preferred.

EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent or Health Unit Coordinator diploma.

LICENSURE:

ASCP certification preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Knowledge of medical terminology
