Paralegal Position

Adams & Martin Group has partnered with an Orange County law firm who is seeking a skilled Paralegal for their OC office (ideally will sit in OC but can sit in LA, if desired by candidate) with a strong background in personal injury cases. This full-time role offers a starting hourly rate of $41.50 - $44.00, depending on experience. ($86,320 - $91,520)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist on insurance defense matters, particularly personal injury matters arising from claims of product liability, premises liability, construction site accidents and transportation.
  • Prepare and track subpoenas.
  • Review and summarize medical records, employment records, and third-party vendor records.
  • Manage written discovery responses.
  • Participate in trial preparation.
Qualifications:
  • 3-10 years of paralegal experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and Paralegal Certificate (required).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (1 year preferred).
  • Self-starter with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong writing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Schedule:
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • In-person work required (hybrid may be considered after a 90-day probationary period, preferably 3-4 days in the office).
