As the Event Operations Team Lead, you'll be the behind-the-scenes orchestrator, keeping our internal events and gift-giving running smoothly. While the team brings these experiences to life, you'll manage the intake process, oversee the events calendar, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing training and development. Your touch will infuse every event with creativity, love, and care, ensuring exceptional hospitality throughout.

About The Role:

• Be the team's go-to leader! Set schedules, assign duties, and handle the big stuff like hiring, performance reviews, and helping everyone grow. Oh, and don't forget the fun stuff-team events, shoutouts, and all the little things that make people feel appreciated.
  
• Keep the behind-the-scenes magic running smoothly. From intake systems to calendars, expense reports, and everything in between, you'll make sure the gears are turning without a hitch.
  
• Spread the work around (in a good way)! Delegate tasks, check in on what the team needs, and keep communication flowing like a well-oiled machine.
  
• Teach and inspire! Help new team members hit the ground running and keep everyone learning with ongoing training. And always lead with hospitality, love, and care-it's how we roll.
