Business Analyst III (PBM Formulary Analyst III)

Location: Alternate locations may be considered. This position will work in a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
Schedule: 9-5 EST Monday-Friday

The Business Analyst III is responsible for serving as the liaison between clinical and operational partners, translating complex business needs into application software.
How you will make an impact:
- Analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. Determines specific business requirements to address complex business needs.
- Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit.
- Acts as a resource to address questions/issues.
- May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.
Minimum Requirements:- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 5 years business analysis experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
- Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations is strongly preferred.
- Pharmacy technician experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills preferred.
- Managed care/PBM experience preferred.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy.
