We are seeking a Patient Account Representative to join our dynamic call center team in a positive, collaborative office environment. This role focuses on managing patient accounts, handling both inbound and outbound calls, and providing exceptional customer service while educating patients about their account balances.

Position Details:

• Location: Nashua, NH (100% onsite)
• Temporary to Permanent
• Weekly Pay ($18/hourly)

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily with professionalism and accuracy
• Educate patients about their account balances and billing processes
• Process payments and set up payment arrangements
• Respond to patient inquiries regarding insurance claims and billing statements
• Document all account activities and maintain detailed records
• Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare providers as needed
• Follow up on outstanding balances and manage collection processes
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous call center or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and patience
