Description:

Our SaaS client is seeking an experienced media planner and project manager to join our North American paid marketing team. This role focuses on driving growth and awareness for the company's products through impactful campaigns and strategic testing. You will work closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager to define, execute, and measure paid media strategies, ensuring scalable growth for the brand. Responsibilities include manual campaign execution, testing, and developing scalable processes in collaboration with cross-functional partners. As a full-funnel media expert, you will manage the media mix and audience strategy, with a strong emphasis on improving campaign measurement and developing a playbook for mid-upper funnel paid media activities. Key skills include a proactive mindset, organizational abilities for large-scale workstreams, and effective collaboration with numerous partners and stakeholders.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate launches of US and CA paid marketing campaigns.
  • Support the execution of integrated paid marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional media channels, including Social, Programmatic, Video, OOH, and more.
  • Track quarterly goals across relevant KPIs to enhance reach and efficiency; continuously optimize media mix and audience targeting
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations, including running Brand Lift Studies and leveraging performance dashboards.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Content, and Channel Specialists to ensure cohesive strategy, messaging, and brand positioning for all paid marketing initiatives.
Skills:
  • 3-5 years of paid marketing experience in a SaaS, Tech, and/or B2B organization, including cross-channel media planning and hands-on execution of digital channels (Paid Social, Display, etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in campaign planning cycles and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Ability to think independently while effectively managing day-to-day operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under fast-moving deadlines.
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience working with cross-functional teams across different markets and time zones.
  • Deep understanding of North American markets (with a focus on Canada), including knowledge of local cultures, media trends, and marketing opportunities.
  • Experience with media platforms and organizational tools (Asana, Notion).
Education:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, with an additional 4+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, including experience in at least two of the following areas: paid social, digital advertising, content marketing, display.
