The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

The fleet coordinator schedules courtesy deliveries of fleet vehicles to end user customers. Proofs and enters orders for fleet customers. Conducts vehicle management activities to include stocking in vehicles and coordinating dealer trades.

Principal Purpose of Position:

  • Supports multiple key business functions with confidential administrative processes. This includes maintaining, scanning, and filing contracts as well as banking and credit support documentation.
  • Assists in daily cash management process through functions such as invoice processing, approval, payment routing, and record maintenance. Also includes tracking and maintaining bank spend data.
  • Logs and maintains all contract returns.
  • Assist to create, design, write, process and print presentations.
  • General office support; including but not limited to telephone, supply ordering, and preparing mail.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Schedules and tracks vehicle deliveries to clients, processes associated invoices and updates information on delivery status into Excel.
  • Processes invoices into partner payment invoicing systems and tracks payments.
  • Monitors vehicle orders from entry to arrival at the dealership and adjusts information as needed on the orders.
  • Maintains key security for the dealership by entering new vehicles and deleting sold units.
  • Monitors incoming inventory, both new and used and prepares essential documents prior to arrivals.

    Assists Commercial and Fleet manager with client relations to include preparation of sales proposals and client follow up.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $19.02 - $25.68 USD per hour.
