GENERAL NATURE OF JOB:

Manage an extensive, authorized sanitary distribution network in ME, NH, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, and Canada. Manage sales and specification function at Distribution, OEM and end users in the US. Provide product introduction, training and value proposition of Rubber Fab products. Manage distribution relationship and provide ongoing training and support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Manage an extensive, authorized sanitary distribution network in a designated territory.

2. Manage sales and specification function at Distribution, OEM and end users in the US.

3. Provide product introduction, training and value proposition of Rubber Fab products.

4. Manage distribution relationship and provide ongoing training and support.

5. Demonstrate sales success; experience in distributor management; proven knowledge of specifying products to engineering departments.

6. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.

2. Proven track record of meeting sales objectives and budgets

3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

4. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SFDC.

5. Must have the ability to multi-task and be a team player.

6. High energy, self-starter with a strong attention to detail.

7. Ability to travel, (50%).

8. 4-year degree

9. 5-7 years sales experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Travel required. Home based office when not traveling.

Reports to: Sr. Manager - Commercial
