Are you looking for a fun and rewarding career? Look no further. Grafton Job Corps is seeking a New Student Orientation Leader to join our team!

Here at Grafton Job Corps, we assist students ages 16-24 with receiving the Academic & Career Training they need to be successful members of the workforce. We are a federally funded program that works with disadvantaged young adults to get credentialed in one of our 8 trades and also work on obtaining their HS diploma if needed, and getting their Driver's License. We are a residential program as well.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing supervision, instruction, training and support to new Job Corps students during the Career Preparation Program. The New Student Orientation Leader helps students acclimate to being in a new place, develops individual achievement plans, sets behavior standards, and evaluates progress to ensure student early retention and success in the program.

This role works from Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

The pay for this position is $42,000 annually

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary degree from an accredited school
preferred. Must possess a valid in-state Drivers License and meet the Company insurability
requirements.
