Job Description: Our National Account Representatives provide world-class service to our corporate accounts. Responsibilities include full account management from order to cash, effective communication via phone and email, product sourcing, inventory updates, and delivery scheduling. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full account management from order to cash
• Effective communication via phone and email
• Product sourcing and inventory updates
• Delivery scheduling

Required Business-to-Business Experience:

• Contract review
• New account setup, including credit management
• Order management
• Service troubleshooting and dispatch
• Order entry
• Order status updates
• Order changes
• Coordination of delivery and installation dates
• Production build and inventory updates
• Billing and invoice reconciliation
• Ad hoc reporting

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent time management, cross-team communication, and analytical skills
• Technical experience with SAP, MRP, EDI, or ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
