Role:

The Mobile Software Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining internal business applications using cross-platform mobile technologies, primarily within the .NET framework and web-based systems. The Mobile Software Developer's primary role involves creating seamless, high-performance applications that are user-friendly and meet the functional needs of the users. This is a full-time, long-term role that offers significant opportunities for professional growth, continuous learning, and hands-on experience with the latest mobile and web API development technologies.

Min CompensationUSD $120,000.00/Yr. Max CompensationUSD $140,000.00/Yr. Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and optimizes mobile applications using Xamarin, .NET MAUI, and modern web API technologies
• Builds and consumes RESTful APIs for mobile application functionality
• Ensures the delivery of high-quality software through both manual and automated testing processes
• Conducts code reviews, refactor code for optimization, and perform performance tuning to enhance app efficiency
• Participates in Agile development activities, including task breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business needs
• Other related duties, as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
• Professional experience with Xamarin or Maui mobile development
• Experience with T-SQL and database interactions
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and workflows
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaborative development
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Highly motivated, self-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently or as part of a team and manage coordination with other developers
• Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and take on responsibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical field is required. Alternatively, six years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software developer
