Our staffing agency is actively seeking skilled Medical Secretaries for ongoing temporary-to-hire opportunities with healthcare providers. If you have a background in medical administration and are looking for a role with long-term potential, this is the perfect opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office tasks, including scheduling patient appointments and managing phone calls.
  • Maintain patient records, update information, and ensure data accuracy in medical systems.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  • Handle patient billing and assist with insurance claims and follow-ups.
  • Greet patients, assist with paperwork, and ensure a smooth office workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA).
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical office training is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a medical secretary or administrative assistant in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
