In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage global demand for multiple product families through the recommendation and implementation of replenishment strategies consistent with the Danaher Business System lean culture and IDT's strategic and business objectives.
Organize global demand planning through IDT's supply chain via recommended inventory parameters and business needs to support our growth initiatives.
Manage new product supply chain launches and life cycle management.
Sustain inventory health supporting available-to-promise targets and on-time delivery while meeting or exceeding inventory turn targets.
Create and maintain partnerships with internal and external customers while proactively identifying potential supply chain disruptions.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in business or science field or comparable combination of education and 3+ years' work experience required.
A minimum of three years of progressive work experience managing supply chain functions is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP, or a similar tier one ERP system (e.g. Oracle), is preferred.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
Ability to travel - list specifics 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20lbs, any other physical requirements
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Demonstrating a high level of proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis and development of tools for driving daily management.
Ability to think creatively to not only solve problems on long-term projects but be able to perform under pressure when confronted with critical situations that require working with a high level of sustained attention.
Proven track record of holding roles that require a high level of accountability and personal ownership.

The salary range for this role is 82,400 to 95,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
