Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support revenue growth. This role offers the opportunity to wear multiple hats and significantly contribute to our business's success.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate across Sales, Product Management, and Engineering teams to create and implement marketing strategies that support business goals.
* Manage and grow our social media presence by developing engaging content, optimizing performance, and fostering audience interaction across LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
* Lead the planning, attend and execution of trade shows, including logistics, booth design, and promotional materials.
* Develop impactful marketing content, such as web pages, sales collateral, digital ads, blogs, newsletters, and trade show materials.
* Coordinate the production and inventory of promotional items, such as giveaways and branded apparel.
* Write, edit, and proof marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's brand voice and messaging.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for campaigns and initiatives.
* Manage the Digital Asset Management (DAM) library and ensure all sales collateral is current and accessible.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting a collaborative team environment.
* As needed, participate and collaborate with our East Coast marketing team which may require being available for early morning calls.

Qualifications

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
* Proven experience in social media marketing; experience with Hootsuite or similar tools is a plus.
* Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for various formats (e.g., blogs, press releases, ads, emails).
* Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC campaign management.
* Trade show and event planning experience, with strong project management skills.
* Creativity and a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS

* Experience in B2B marketing within technical or manufacturing industries.
* Knowledge of current design and marketing trends.
* Familiarity with the unique challenges of a newly rebranded business is a plus.
* Strategic thinker who is detail-oriented and excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this role do not include supervising other employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a relevant field
* Minimum two (2) years of experience in a marketing role with a portfolio of graphic design and writing

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Conversational in any other language preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

As part of their job duties, the employee must sit for lengthy periods while operating a computer. They frequently use their hands to type, handle objects, and communicate verbally. Additionally, they may need to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to twenty (20) pounds. This role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, reaching at or below shoulder level, and keyboarding. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

* ASTM F-2412-2005, ANSI Z41-1999, or ANSI Z41-1991 rated safety toe shoes in specific areas.
* Clear ANSI Z87.1 safety-rated glasses in specific areas.
* Hearing protection in specific locations.
* Ability to compile with JSA in specific areas.

TRAVEL

Approximately 20% of travel is expected.

SALARY INFORMATION

According to the laws of several states, the salary range for this position falls between $65k - $85k per year. However, it is important to note that this salary information is merely a general guideline. When extending an offer, Carlisle Interconnect Technologies considers various factors such as the position's responsibilities, scope of work, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal pay equity, and market considerations.
