DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with DuBois team members on marketing collateral requests, including but not limited to product labels, data sheets, and flyers.
• Organize and implement webpage edits and improvements.
• Assist in tradeshow planning and execution.
• Prepare and shoot photo and video in laboratory, production, and office settings.
• Aid in content writing for promotional literature.
• Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, to support the marketing department.
• Provide support to the marketing department through participation in a variety of general marketing tasks.
• Consistent with our culture of continuous learning, participate in self-development activities related to your job function or functions assigned by your manager.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of WordPress
• Excellent oral, written communications skills, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques

EDUCATION REQUREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pursuant of marketing or graphic design degree from an accredited university/college with a co-op program
