Job Title: Managing Senior Broker, FX Options

Job Description: Functional managerial responsibilities in the form of managing the execution of various sophisticated financial transactions as well as people management in the form of mentoring, guiding, and training. Specifically, overseeing, managing, and coordinating daily trading activities with senior management to ensure proper execution of transactions and to ascertain profitability of operations. Managerial responsibility over the work of other professionals engaged in broking of FX Options. Manage the creation and execution trading strategies with a dollar volume of multimillion dollars a year. Manage the creation and execution of complex financial strategies using FX options. Determine the financial goals of our clients and creating derivatives to meet those goals.
Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a broker. Experience must include: Broking of FX Options. Business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Managerial expertise and knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Salary Range $205,000 - $250,000/yr.
