Program Manager
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join the Seller Marketing & Education team as a Program Manager, responsible for leading operational functions and project management for strategic communications and educational projects and campaigns. In this role, you will play a critical role in executing and managing initiatives that support the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a strong collaborator and communicator, comfortable with ambiguity, and detail-oriented in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management processes for strategic projects and campaigns.
- Build a robust communications governance framework across our communications channels, ensuring documentation is complete and compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and company guidelines are met.
- Maintain a communications center of excellence, acting as a central point of contact for all communications-related queries, issues, and initiatives.
- Regularly conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness, relevancy, and timeliness of seller communications, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with broader business goals.
- Develop training materials and sessions for team members to understand communication standards, tools, and best practices. Ensure that all communications comply with company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Create and maintain project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and taking necessary actions to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively implementing mitigation strategies and escalation procedures as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to project management, incorporating these insights into the development and enhancement of our own processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in a marketing or communications-related role.
- Strong understanding of project management or communications principles, industry regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with an ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
