We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
The pricing compliance manager would play a transformative role in the E2E Pricing Process by performing a thorough risk analysis of Pricing systems and processes, identifying areas of opportunities, and be a driving force to implement those enhancements by working with various stakeholders. The incumbent would support various risk assessments and audits, including SOX/SOC for the Pricing function. They'll also be responsible for strengthening the current control framework.

We are a team with diverse skill sets ranging from Data Science, Operations, Auditing, Enablement with an aim to drive operational excellence of Pricing Processes and infrastructure within PayPal through best-in-class compliance framework

Your day to day :

In your day-to-day role you will -

  • Develop a subject matter expertise of Pricing structures, platforms, and pricing change management process.
  • Perform detail-oriented risk assessment of systems and processes and identify areas of opportunities.
  • Play a transformative role in Operational execution of end-to-end Pricing.
  • Enhance governance of Pricing Change Management process by strengthening compliance procedures and controls for pricing.
  • Work closely with various risk partners Auditors, and Compliance teams to support ongoing audits and issue remediation.
  • Partner with Pricing Operations, Products, Sales, Legal teams to drive process improvements.
What do you need to bring
  • 8+ years of experience with a solid background in Pricing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contract management and deal lifecycle processes, software, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex pricing information to internal and external stakeholders, including auditors
  • Ability to understand complex processes and systems, perform root cause analysis, and formulate remediation plans.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
