You'll sweep us off our feet if...

• You have strong analytical and reporting skills and can use that data to identify root cause
• You have experience in Field Ops/Last Mile Delivery/Process Design/Project Management
• You have a deep knowledge of the gig industry and the marketplace economy
• You have strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills
• You are action oriented with strong execution skills
• You're comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly
• You're comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
• You have extensive experience working with cross functional team and driving projects
• You're structured in your thinking process and have strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives to meet business goals
• Resolving in field escalations with regards to driver supply and metrics performance
• Ensuring business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives
• Cross-functional collaboration to improve driver engagement by partnering with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects
• Helping stakeholders prioritize and track short term and long-term driver engagement initiatives
• Developing new innovations and tools for site selection and continuously improving selection methodology

You'll make an impact by:

• Managing the development and improvement of new and existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on business and functional requirements
• Overseeing the expansion plan for OnDemand Delivery and partnering cross-functionally with different stakeholders within the company to ensure that the team achieves the goal of new verticals launched and performance
• Leading cross-functional collaboration to develop processes and strategies to improve driver engagement by partnering with product management, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive projects
• Driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer, driver, and operational needs
• Promoting team culture by engaging in activities that support company values, culture, diversity, learning and development

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of experience in areas of operations management and/or business strategy at a fast-growing tech company/start-up or management consulting at a top-tier firm
• Masters in Operations / Supply Chain / Analytics / Computer Science
• Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification
• Analytics capabilities in Python, R, SQL, Geospatial software experience for e.g. Alteryx

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
