POSITION SUMMARY
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as an Logistics Intern. This internship offers exposure to various facets of operations management and provides an opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and possesses strong problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and propose solutions for improvement
- Collect, analyze, and present data related to key performance indictors (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare reports to track progress and identify trends
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational processes, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure products or services meet established standards and customer requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS - Must be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality work
- Collaboration and teamwork
