Join Our Team as a Logistics and Warehouse Manager!

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for optimizing logistics and distribution processes? Join our team as a Logistics and Distribution Warehouse Manager and drive our mission to deliver top-tier service and efficiency! As the Logistics and Distribution Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the seamless management of shipping and receiving processes for raw materials and finished goods, as well as inventory processes, staging, and pre-kit activities. Your primary goal is to cultivate a culture of functional and operational excellence, ensuring our logistics and distribution operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management
• Lead and Inspire: Support operations to create a culture of functional excellence, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to company values and standards.
• Team Development: Manage and direct the work of team leaders and their teams, ensuring their growth and development.
• Performance Management: Enforce personal performance standards within the team and hold team members accountable for performance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Operational Excellence
• Operational Oversight: Plan, lead, organize, and control the delivery of operations to meet site objectives in terms of HSE&S, service and quality, costs, and personnel.
• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including freight, returns, receiving, parcels, transfers, pre-kit, and inventory management.
• Process Improvement: Lead an operational excellence agenda by coaching and teaching functional excellence, and continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures.

Safety and Compliance
• Safety Leadership: Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed by team members, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Quality Control: Work with the quality department to ensure all quality-related process controls are properly performed and continually improved.

Communication and Coordination
• Effective Communication: Communicate targets to teams, measure and communicate status versus results expected.
• Customer Service: Lead and develop the warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.

As a Logistics and Distribution Warehouse Manager you will have the autonomy to . . .

• Stimulate, manage, and follow through on employee engagement and build a workforce reflecting the societies and markets we serve.

• Strengthen the talent pipeline by developing talent, regularly assessing and discussing talent and internal movement, and continuously monitoring and evaluating retention risk.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and other regulations, manage relevant budgets, and proactively manage costs.

Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of management experience within a high-volume distribution center, or 10+ years of management experience in a high-volume distribution center.
• Effective leadership, interpersonal skills, performance management, and people development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with clear prioritization and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with all levels of the organization (employees, managers, customers).
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.).

Compensation/Benefits

The salary range for these skills is:$90,000 - $100,000.00.This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.This salary range may also be modified in the future.
