Adams & Martin Group is working with a dynamic and growing Real Estate Litigation law firm. We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join its team in the Newport Beach office. The firm specializes in Real Estate and Foreclosure Litigation, handling cases ranging from foreclosure defense to property disputes and everything in between. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the firm's master calendar in Outlook and Clio, scheduling deadlines, meetings, and court appearances.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure all deadlines are met.
- File documents in state and federal court.
- Prepare and send legal correspondence.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Retrieve, scan, and distribute incoming mail.
- Assist the reception team as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office needs in the Newport Beach location.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal secretary at a litigation law firm.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
