A boutique law firm in Downtown Miami is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with 3+ years of experience handling litigationmatters, preferably commercial litigation. This is a direct-hire/opportunity and the firm is offering competitive salary and benefits. Hybrid schedule will be allowed after 3-4 months of initial employment on site at the discretion of the Partner.

Job Details:

• Organize and manage case files
• Draft and e-file legal documents in state and federal courts
• Draft letters, notices, motions and proposed orders
• Process and prepare expense reports
• Coordinate travel arrangements, etc.
• Scheduling and Calendaring
• Any additional legal support required by attorney(s)

Requirements:

• Bilingual, a plus but not required
• 3+ years of litigation experience (solid experience)
• State and Federal experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College Degree or Some College, a plus
