We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in workers' compensation, to support a new partner at a growing legal practice. This position requires someone who can quickly acclimate to a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional administrative and legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize legal documentation, correspondence, and case files.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Coordinate schedules, including meetings, hearings, and client communications.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries as needed.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry and record maintenance.
  • Handle correspondence and communications with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of legal assistant experience, with a preference for workers' compensation.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in legal research and document preparation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
