The Department of Philosophy & Religion in the School of Humanities and Sciences at Ithaca College is creating a pool of qualified part-time lecturers in the area of Jewish Studies for possible openings in Academic Year 2024-2025. Ph.D. or ABD and college teaching experience preferred, although strong candidates with an MA and experience will be considered. Ideal candidates will be able to teach courses on Jewish history in the ancient and modern world, and/ or courses on gender and sexuality in Judaism, and/or ethical and cultural practices in Judaism.

Hiring Rate: $1,941.04 per credit
