Position: Leasing Agent

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Rate: $20 to $25 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, on-site. Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Meet with prospective leasers for properties throughout San Diego County

Advertise and highlight the features of properties

Prepare lease documents and accurately record information into the database

Conduct regular audits for compliance

Oversee maintenance of properties

Demonstrate high-level customer service and professionalism

Perform general clerical duties

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

3+ years of related leasing and/or property management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Appfolio and Microsoft Office Suite
