In order to ensure your application is complete, you must complete the following:The Learning and Development Analyst is responsible for contributing to the development of policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a highly skilled and effective workforce, enhancing the overall growth and development of University Libraries. The Analyst works with leadership and colleagues throughout the Libraries to ensure that organizational development practices are understood and supported.
The Analyst designs and executes a comprehensive training plan to help library students, staff, and faculty grow their professional knowledge and abilities. Develops training schedules that educate the library community on recognizing, accommodating, and appreciating individual strengths and bridging these strengths back to the mission of the library.
To measure the effectiveness of the Libraries' organizational development programs, services, and initiatives, the Analyst determines and implements measurement strategies and performs data analysis in partnership with colleagues who specialize in assessment efforts. Prepares data reports and presentations for the library community about the state of organizational development activities. The Analyst attends university-level meetings and programming and keeps current on organizational development programs and developments by maintaining contact with others serving in a similar role.
