Major/Essential Functions
Primary function is as coordinator and contact for ATLS courses. Provides direct support to departmental Faculty as assigned by the Administrator. Maintains leave balances and CME tracking for all Faculty. Coordinates with Medical Administrative Secretary for all CME travel and credits. Serve as an integral contact for the administrative department, receiving and answering all incoming requests from internal and external HSC contacts. Serves as the primary person to manage Qgenda and the call schedules for both hospitals. Assists in completing and maintaining the credentialing information for Providers. Processes purchasing transactions as needed.

Occasional Duties
Enters data for purchasing and travel requests into the Banner system when needed. Has working knowledge of the Banner System. Coordinate CME events in coordination with the CME office; this includes food, facilities, speakers, advertising, travel, CME applications, sponsors, and any other related paperwork. This includes but is not limited to Trauma Conferences, ATLS, and RTTDC.
