Description/Comment:
- Seeking Medical Device Warehouse Associate.
- Works in fast paced environment ensure complete fulfillment of surgical set orders for region.
- Will work hands on with the surgical equipment to guarantee that sets are replenished and are 100% surgery ready upon their arrival.
- Physical receipt and unpackaging of incoming inventory Conduct inventory, replenishment, and inspection of incoming branch surgical sets to prepare for redistribution
- Perform transactions for inventory movements to maintain proper traceability of inventory Preparation and packaging of surgical sets for shipment
- Work with courier and transportation services for distribution of product.
- Comply with all manufacturing procedures and training
- Ensure all daily orders are fulfilled while providing the highest quality product as measured by KPI's.
- Assist with cycle counting inventory in various hospitals and office locations throughout territory.
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the medical device industry and hospital customer base preferred.
- 2 years' work experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills; ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; multi-tasking is a must
