Long Term Contract Sr Accounting Clerk/JR Accountant

Contract Salary: $23.00-$27.00

Daily Duties

• Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Accounts Receivable - payment collection, posting and adjustments.
• Accounts Payable-vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely payments.
• Bank and credit card reconciliations to match bank statements with recorded transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist in all areas of operation as directed by management.
• Perform periodic inventory reconciliations to ensure consistency between physical stock and recorded inventory.
• Assist in all areas of operation as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of accounts payable & accounts receivable experience
• Intermediate Excel Experience is a must - Formulas, creating, and updating spreadsheets.
• Must present well. This person will also interact with the Senior Leadership Team (Small Company 30 Employees)
• Must have previous experience with SAP Software
