JOB DESCRIPTION

Job description/Responsibilities

  • Performs setup of Item in ERP and ensure quality of master data in key systems
  • Develop and maintains documentation of processes and support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
  • Addresses data discrepancies, and updates missing information in the ERP when applicable
  • Completes a variety of preventative maintenance tasks on item master, and other identified data domains to drive data accuracy and maintain a high integrity of Item Master Data
  • Performs Ad-hoc master data analysis and assist with special projects addressing Master Data improvements
  • Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to identify issues driven from master data and correct accordingly
  • Supports with cross-functional projects that implement master data structures that support business functionalities and reporting.
  • Accurately set up approved pricing within ERP
  • Pricing administration including creation, uploads and daily pricing support
  • Works under general supervision using independent judgment to complete required tasks
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • 2 or more of relevant experience
  • Proficient in QAD, SOL, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
  • Possess customer service attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong team orientation with ability to work collaboratively and influence others across the organization.
  • Ability to take ambiguous or incomplete information and turn it into a practical solution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-starter with the ability to independently identify action items.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the flexibility to quickly adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
