IT Quality Control Analyst Senior
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of the following PulsePoint location. 5800 Northampton Blvd., Norfolk, VA 23502
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The IT Quality Control Analyst Senior will work closely with the product owner/business to ensure robust requirements, successful design, development, verification, and validation testing.
How you will make an impact:
• Implement and maintain standards for software quality processes, systems, and procedures to support the SDLC process.
• Participate in the Agile development process and be involved in planning, coordinating, and prioritizing tasks.
• Lead and coordinate testing initiatives with high-level test scenarios, challenges, risks, and test estimates during test planning meetings.
• Work closely with team members to complete SIT, Regression, and Automation assignments to meet production goals.
• Create test artifacts that include a collection of test data, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, test cases, test execution results, and defects reports in JIRA to ensure the developed application conforms to requirements and design.
• Create and review testing deliverables and execute different kinds of testing including Smoke, Sanity, SIT, UAT, Automation, and Regression.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC.
• Provide inputs on high-level test scenarios, challenges, risks, and test estimates during test planning meetings.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, Engineering or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in related occupation(s).
Additional Requirements:
Three (3) years of experience must include:
• Three (3) years of experience in the following: Developing, implementing, and executing the appropriate test plans, test cases, test scripts, and metrics in conformity with the application requirements and design.
• Coordinating and executing tests in various test regions, including SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing following applicable SDLC and testing processes.
• Identifying, collecting, and evaluating test data from the repositories and owning test data provisioning tasks.
• Coordinating, identifying, and executing automation test scripts using various tools, including TOSCA, Selenium, DevOps, Bamboo, and Jenkins.
• Collecting and maintaining Traceability Matrix, Test Data Matrix and status reports as defined in the test plan with supporting data.
• Identifying, reporting, and reviewing defects to ensure business expectations are met with high quality in assessing applications.
• Participating in production deployments to complete the set sprint assignments and meet production goals.
