Position Overview:

Join us as an Information Security Intern, where you'll gain hands-on experience in automation, troubleshooting, systems documentation, and inventory. Key Responsibilities:
* Automate tasks using PowerShell and ChatGPT.
* Update the CMDB with new systems and networking equipment.
* Document new processes and assist in server troubleshooting.
* Monitor and report on disk space utilization and Active Directory attributes.
* Utilize ServiceNow to manage end-user requests and server alerts.
Qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in a 4-year college program in Computer Science, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field.
* Knowledge of Windows servers, workstations, and networking.
* Basic understanding of programming or scripting.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
