Job Description:
The Interface Project Manager will be responsible for managing the third party interfaces with base building activities and construction. The third parties consist of retail specialists and airlines, including their offices and lounges.
• Review and coordination of schedules of 3rd Parties and Contractor.
• Coordination for Construction activities on the current environment lead by base building contractor.
• Coordination with other departments such as Design and Commercial teams to follow up changes required and/or base condition of 3rd party spaces are delivered as required
• Discuss with the Design Team potential changes or requirements from Tenants to asses feasibility and with the construction team the schedule to develop the job without interfering with the base building progression
• Coordination with commercial teams for development of letters, claims, change management, etc
• Coordinate with QA Team for the use of QA tools such as NCRs.
• Coordinate with Handover Team/Base Building Contractor/Tenants/PA to ensure documentation from/to each Party is on place for handover by base building Contractor, by Tennant to Authority, etc. to ensure that all required documentation is in place on time.
• Coordinate with Logistic Team to ensure that activities on site by the Tenants are coordinated with Base Building Contractor activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar related field
• 10 years minimum experience working within the Construction, Design, and/or Engineering industry
• High level of written and spoken English is a must
• Extensive computer experience (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, BIM)
