We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This position will include executing all support activities associated with the generation of proof of insurance on behalf of our clients. The Operations Specialist will support production by processing daily rush and ad hoc transactions as needed. The Operations Specialist II is also responsible for supporting some tasks related to new client onboarding, handling the certificate renewal process, and acting as a point of contact for clients and client team members. The Operations Specialist II will also have some responsibility for managing workflow queues.
We will count on you to:
- Supports certificates onboarding for new clients, acquisitions, mergers etc. with guidance
- Handle end-to-end standard client renewal process including timely and accurate update of master templates, following directions regarding final document aggregation and distribution
- Demonstrate ability to use context clues including email threads, miscellaneous documents and servicing instructions to deliver expected client results
- Create and manage non-Acord documents as assigned, including endorsement creation, uploads, and swaps
- Adhere to aging of case management (Pending cases procedures). Identify and name cases as needed. Direct queue management when required
- Act as a liaison/point of contact for anextended team for at least one client. Support new team members by providing training and answering questions for at least one client

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
