General Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the administration and maintenance of compensation programs which support the company's effort to attract, motivate and retain talented employees.

Essential Job Accountabilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of compensation programs which ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Participate in compensation surveys to provide the company with benchmark data to ensure its market competitiveness.
  • Contribute to key projects or work streams, including modeling of incentive calculations, Workday, and incentive plan designing.

Education
  • High School diploma required and current enrollment at an accredited institution of higher learning such as a college or university.

Field of Study
  • Business Management, Human Resources or closely related degree.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong analytical, qualitative and problem solving skills
  • Excellent consultative and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Work individually but also a strong team player
  • Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. Base Hourly Wage Range:
Hourly: $21.00 $30.00
Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
