Job Title: Hospice On Call Registered Nurse

Duties & Responsibilities: Hospice Registered Nurse sought for 13 week On Call assignment, with the potential to extend. On Call schedule is 7 days on, 7 days off. The hours for On Call are 5p-8a Monday-Thursday and Friday 5p-Monday 8a. There is a guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Minimum Requirements:

• CT RN license
• 1+ year hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years
• HCHB experience
• BLS
