This is a unique position allowing the opportunity to work on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. The firm works as a team to protect and enhance their clients business interests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Handle matters throughout the state of California and nationally.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload.
• Conduct depositions.
• Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
• Review and analyze discovery requests.
• Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
• Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing.
• Trial preparation and support.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in commercial and/or litigation defense matters.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Must be admitted to practice in the state of California.
