SUMMARY: The Finance Manager is a corporate finance role responsible for providing the financial analysis and insight to executive management.

- Report directly to the Vice President, Finance
- Partner with Corporate and Business Unit FP&A and Controller office department to develop an updated cross functaional cash forecast
- Works with Accounting and Corporate Finance on monthly/ quarterly/ annual close processes;
- Peform regular variance analyses to proactively identify differences and improve the forecast at a program and account level
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management to make informed business decisions
- Drive accountability to the cross functional organizations
- Recommend, implement, and maintain process improvements including automation.
- Be accountable for the accuracy of reported financial cash forecast and budgets as well as respective variance analysis;
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Foster an environment of highest professional standards for yourself and your team in terms of ethics, adherence to policies, procedures, and to achieve the overall set goals of the business unit;
- Ad hoc requirements as needed

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field AND
- Five (5) to Eight (8) years of related experience OR
- Equivilent combination of education and experience
Certificates and Licenses: None required.

- Customer service and business partnering orientation
- Attention to detail and quality of deliverables while sensitive to strict and tight deadlines
- Excellent Interpersonal skills with the capability to interact with people at all levels and of all areas of responsibilities, fostering collaboration
- Possess strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
- Ability to clear the required background check

Compensation & Benefits:Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections.
Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.We anticipate this position will pay $33.75 - $58.17 per hour.
This is a temporary/contractor role, and you will be an employee of Randstad.
