Salary: $130,000.00 USD Annually - $150,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Finance Manager with experience in the manufacturing industry.

This position is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities at the manufacturing facility. It requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong analytical abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure the plant's financial well-being and adherence to company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Product costing, determining preliminary costing of products, finalizing margins
• Perform inventory monitoring including physical counts, reporting of variance
• Conduct as needed analysis and completion of special projects, including capital expenditure
• Work collaboratively with Operations on budgeting and lowering of costs at all levels.
• Responsible for all financial closing processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years in financial management, preferably in a food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plant manufacturing environment, and cost accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, inventory, cost control and financial management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, company policies
• ERP experience
