- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required. In addition to
Minimum Experience , high school diploma or GED and four (4) additional years' experience in supporting data collection and analysis is accepted in lieu of a degree.

- Two (2) years' experience preferred in supporting data collection and analysis.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software with an emphasis on Excel/Database proficiency.
- Must have the ability to learn and leverage various computer programing skills such as Access, SAS, SQL, MiniTab, VBasic to improve in creating data analytic reports/queries.
- Ability to develop effective methods for data mining, tracking, trending, graphing, and analyzing large sets of data.
- Ability to produce complex data models and pivot tables preferred.
- Working knowledge of Business Objects reporting or similar reporting tool.
- Verbal, written, and use of PowerPoint communication skills necessary to explain or present complex analyses results and provide recommendations in regards to process improvements and/or confidential information.
- Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
- Knowledge of concepts, practices, policies and procedures related to dock operations.
- Ability to perform cost justification analysis.
- Fundamental understanding of QDM/TQM/Six Sigma and root cause analysis preferred.
- Ability to travel in order to support data collection for DCRT review and other ad hoc needs as directed. (Travel time less than 25%)

If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $24.15 - $30.82 per hour
