Salary: $210,000.00 USD Annually - $260,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive VP of Business Development to lead their strategy and growth initiatives in aerospace and defense. This Colorado-based, hybrid role is crafted for a seasoned leader with a strong track record in driving revenue and building impactful teams.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Designing and executing strategic plans to meet ambitious revenue and growth goals.
• Building a high-quality pipeline of prospective clients and closing key partnerships.
• Collaborating closely with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Overseeing the business development lifecycle from market research to finalizing partnerships.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Business, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 15+ years in business development or sales, preferably in aerospace or defense.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
• Skilled in using CRM systems and maintaining effective customer relationship processes.
• Excellent communication, experience with export controls and international regulations, and proficiency in CRM tools.
