Client in Los Angeles is seeking an Executive Assistant to work onsite in a hybrid schedule
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: Hybrid schedule (two days onsite, three days remote)
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Pay: $75-90k
Duration: Direct Hire
Job Description: Supporting the CEO of a growing non-profit in DTLA area. Will collaborate closely with CEO's Personal Assistant and provide administrative office support.
Responsibilities:
-Answering phones and drafting correspondence
-Handling scheduling and travel coordination
-Administrative tasks around the office such as file arrangement, stocking office supplies, and project base work
-Provide customer service to in office guests
-Set up conference room for meetings
Requirements:
-8-10 years of EA experience, dedicated support to an Executive or Executive Suite
-Non-Profit industry experience a plus
-Extensive experience with scheduling, calendar management, project management
