The ERP and Product Asset Management Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Product Asset Management solutions. This position involves collaborating with business partners, business analysts, and technical teams to define and realize the architecture that supports business strategies and operational goals. The ERP and Product Asset Management Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that integrate enterprise resource planning systems with product asset management tools, leveraging best practices and innovative technologies to meet business requirements. ERP and Product Asset Management Solution Architects will work across many domains including business, information, applications, and infrastructure, to develop roadmaps that outline how solutions will be structured in the future.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred.
Experience: 7+ years of direct work experience in a similar role. Prior experience with ERP and Product Asset Management systems is essential. Preferred experience with Salesforce, Acumatica, and/or ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban).
- Demonstrated expertise in ERP implementation and integration.
- Demonstrated expertise in Asset Management tools.
- Strong understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday; however, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and coordinates the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction.
- Aligns architectural strategy with business requirements.
- Analyzes, designs, and develops roadmaps and implementation plans based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Supports, develops, and communicates domain-wide policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Develops the solutions viewpoint, synthesizing business, information, and technology viewpoints into solutions that deliver capabilities.
- Reviews and approves recommendations to architectural standards at a domain level.
- Reviews, analyzes, and develops architectural requirements as needed for technology within the enterprise.
- Facilitates and leads the evaluation and selection of software product standards, as well as the design of standard software configurations.
- Defines rules for implementing solutions in repeatable or reusable ways, such as solution patterns.
- Ensures compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure, services, and strategic requirements.
- Contributes to the development of software and data delivery platforms with reusable components that can be orchestrated into different methods for different businesses.
- Coordinates architecture implementation and modification activities.
- Assists in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality.
- Ensures the conceptual completeness of the technical solution.
- Works closely with project management and business partners to ensure alignment of plans with the solution being delivered.
- Analyzes the current architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvements.
- Identifies and proposes variances to the architecture to accommodate project needs when necessary.
- Evaluates internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggest improvements.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
