Purchasing Clerk - Equipment Rentals

- Create, review and amend Purchase Orders as needed per equipment rental needs and timelines

- Enter and track equipment rental $ benefits on transactional benefits sheet (Excel) per the direction of rental manager or comparison to RFP results

- Access vendors websites to update PO#'s per RA or contact vendor to ensure PO is assigned on their end to correct RA

- Review Vendors equipment rental sites and let rental manager know of any rentals without a PO assigned (Rogue spend)

- Review and research OSPO's, RNI's, Queries & ATF rental equipment PO's and resolve at the direction of Rental Manager, AP or Operations personnel

- Review Rental Log and send in receiving documents timely to ensure cost hits in correct business month

- Execute equipment returns with vendors at the direction of rental manager or operations personnel

- Help to source "less than a month" rentals as needed per rental RFP results at direction of rental manager

- Create and Format annual equipment rental RFP results in excel for ease of supplier bid submittal and efficient comparison for "day to day" needs

- Compile and send "On-Rent" reports to each area equipment manager for review

- Review and let equipment admin know when equipment can be changed in CMMS to/from: returned or inactive

- Answer Phones

- Willingness to work in a team and individual environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
